The types of barcode are:

1. Code 39 / 3 of 9

One character in Code 39 consists of 9 elements of the 5 bars (vertical black lines) and 4 spaces (white vertical line) which is arranged alternately between the bars and spaces. 3 of 9 elements have a thickness thicker than the other so this code can be also called code 3 of 9, 3 elements of a thick consist of 2 bars and 1 space. Elements that represent the wide binary digits 1 and the narrow elements represent binary digit 0.

2. Extended Code 39



Extended Code 39 is the development of Code 39 that all Content able ASCII characters with a pair coding with Code 39.
3. Interleaved 2 of 5 (ITF)




ITF barcode Content can only be numbers only and are often used on products that have packaging with a surface that is not flat, this is caused and how to structure a unique ITF. 4. Code 128

5. UPC-A

7. EAN-13




EAN (European article numbering) -13 sejnis with the UPC-A, the difference lies in the code number system. In the UPC number system digit is coded with 1 course from 0 to 9, while in the EAN-13 consists of 2 digits from 00 to 99 who the usual country code.

8. EAN-8



EAN-8 is a shorten version of the version of EAN-13 code. EAN-8 consist up 2 or 3 digit country code, 4 or 5 digits of data and a check digit.
